These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products on the SUNOVA website.

By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these conditions.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible precision. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may show slight differences from the product delivered.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

SUNOVA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of the order.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Payments are made using the secure payment methods offered on the site.

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

The estimated delivery time is generally between 5 and 10 business days.

SUNOVA cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier or exceptional circumstances.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

To make a return, the product must be returned in its original condition.

7. Refund

After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within a reasonable time using the same payment method used during the purchase.

8. Liability

SUNOVA cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold.
